We were recently on vacation in Vermont and were involved in an auto accident shortly before we were scheduled to drive home. Fortunately for us our car was towed to your repair shop. It was very important that we get home to Colorado as soon as possible, but due to the extent of the damage we were sure that the repair time would be several weeks. To our great surprise and delight not only did you say that the repairs could be expedited, but you actually did it! As a result, our return trip was delayed by only a couple of days.
